Women in Regeneration Network
The Women in Regeneration Network is a global community of practice hosted by ArtEcology. We connect practitioners working to restore ecosystems, protect biodiversity, and advance systemic change in order to collaborate across disciplines and geographies.
The network is structured around relational leadership, shared facilitation, and decentralized participation. Members engage through peer-to-peer exchange, collaboration, and mutual support.
It functions as a living infrastructure that evolves through experimentation and collective ownership.
Theory of Change
This network emerged from conversations with women working across climate, food systems, and regeneration who lacked spaces to connect meaningfully. Many shared the challenge of navigating complex, extractive systems while holding the emotional weight of ecological loss.
We couldnโt find this space, so we built it.
We believe regenerative futures are built through interdependent communities, not isolated individuals. By practicing collaboration as a structural principle, members expand their capacity to create ecological, social, and cultural impact. The network supports women as agents of systemic transformation across disciplines and regions.
How We Connect
We host virtual networking mixers that bring members into conversation and shared inquiry. Through these gatherings, members form collaborations, exchange resources, and build a cross-disciplinary ecosystem.
We welcome women working across ecology, design, science, education, technology, and related fields who works focuses on climate change. Our membership is cross-sector to reflect the complexity of regenerative practice.
